Yes the diet thing fizzled out like I knew it would. The good thing is that I knew it would happen and am prepared. Sort of. This pretty much means that it will be Sunday Oct 29 and not Sunday sometime in 2007 before I jump back on the bandwagon.

Another sucky diet day

1 turkey and cheese sandwich

1 ham and cheese sandwich

2 mini pizzas

1 croissant

1 cinnamon roll

16 oz coffee with caramel and cream

4 cups of water

Blueberry muffin

16 oz tea cinnamon apple with orange and honey

1 bowl cinnamon toast crunch cereal

3 turkey and cheese burritos

2 Odwalla peanut butter and chocolate chip bars

1 croissant

1 cinnamon roll

2 cups of coffee with caramel and cream

6 cups of water

I forgot my money so dinner was fairly pathetic.

Odwalla carrot and raisins bar

16 oz tea with orange and ginger

3 hardboiled eggs

2 slices toast with jelly

turkey and cheese sandwich

small salad

grilled cheese sandwich

croissant

6 cups of water

1 blueberry muffin

16 oz tea lemon and chamomile mix with honey

1 bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with skim milk

1 cup of mixed fruit

10 Dove chocolates

2 KFC snackers, wedgie fries, 1 cup orange soda

16 oz tea peppermint mixed with lemon and honey

Seafood salad with Thousand Island dressing

3 cup of water

Not a very healthy food day. I attribute this to laziness. Instead of stopping a the first fast food place my eyes fell on I should have made a sandwich at home or at least gotten something a little more healthy. Oh well, you live and learn.

I wanted to walk today but it was raining outside :(

2 cups mixed fruit

1 bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with nonfat milk

8 Dove chocolates

Odwalla carrot and raisin snack bar

3 0z Baked Cod

2 cups of Jasmin Rice

1 cup of steamed carrots with butter

1/4 cup of coffee with caramel and cream
I drank 6 cups of water

So far today’s diet consitsts of:

1 Naked Antioxidant Berry Blast Smoothie

7 Dove chocolates

1 Ham and Cheese Sandwich

20 Parmesan and Basil Wheat Thins

Bowl of chilli, rice and cheese with a piece of corn bread
So far I’ve drank 48 oz water

16 oz of apple cinnamon and orange tea with honey (it was yummy)

1 piece of yellow cake with frosting (not so yummy)
